Town are back in action on Monday evening when they visit Gloucester City for a rearranged National North fixture in a game to be played at Evesham. However with the Tigers fixture with Blyth Spartans being postponed on Saturday due to players and staff being in isolation with possible symptoms of coronavirus the fixture looks to be in doubt.
' We contacted and spoke with Gloucester on Saturday to seek clarity on the situation ' said the club's general manager Mark Hearle. ' The steer we are currently getting is that a decision will be made on Monday morning after they have spoken with the National League. We have made our point's to them via e - mails and will bring supporters up to date when we have firm news to give. This whole situation is a very fluent one and lot's of decisions that I am sure will be made over the coming days are ones which as a club we may have no say on. I urge all supporters to keep in touch with the club's social media platforms over the coming days or if unsure on any issues please contact the football club by phone'.
