It's the game that everyone has been waiting for at The Walks on Saturday as league leaders, King's Lynn Town host second placed York City in the Vanarama National League North (3pm).
Nothing, of course, will be decided on Saturday but the result will play a part in the end of season placing's, with The Linnets currently one point ahead of The Minstermen and having the advantage of two games in hand on their nearest rivals. The teams have met already earlier in the season with York running out 3 - 0 winners on the day. Since then both teams have been slugging it out at the top of the table with neither outfit giving an inch in an intriguing battle that increasingly looks as if it will not be decided until the final weeks of the season.
Lynn went out of the FA Trophy last weekend with Ian Culverhouse forced to shuffle his pack with injuries keeping the likes of Rory McAuley and Jordan Richards on the sidelines alongside long term injury victims Michael Clunan and Ryan Fryatt. Chris Smith did return at the weekend after his lay off and again Culverhouse will take his time before selecting his side for the weekend. Whilst the Linnets were down in Kent York were defeating AFC Telford to reduce Lynn's lead at the top of the table to a single point.

'We expect to be extremely busy on the day and purchasing tickets ahead of Saturday will help us greatly on many fronts. If people do leave the purchasing of tickets until Saturday afternoon you may have to queue to gain entry to the ground"
