King's Lynn Town have won promotion to the National League for the first time since 2008.
Michael Gash’s winner five minutes from the end of extra-time sent the Linnets into the National League North with a stunning 3-2 victory at Cantilever Park.
Warrington were five minutes from victory in normal time after defender Ben Garrity’s double had turned things around following Jordan Richards’ opener for Ian Culverhouse's side.
However, Adam Marriot converted a penalty after being fouled by Robbie Evans to send the tie into an extra 30 minutes before talisman Gash curled home a brilliant winner as penalties loomed.
Gash's dramatic winner sparked off wild celebrations between manager Culverhouse, the players, club officials, and Lynn's jubilant fans who travelled to the Cheshire in their numbers.
The club can now look forward to a return to Step Two football and a new challenge next season.
