The Linnets complete their regular Southern Premier Central Division fixtures on Saturday with a trip to second-placed Stourbridge knowing that a win would secure runners-up spot in the league for a second successive year.
Both teams are already assured of home advantage in the play-off semi-finals next Wednesday evening but second place in the final standing would also ensure a home play-off final, assuming that team are successful on Wednesday.
Stourbridge have been at the top end of the league for almost the whole season and indeed led the way for a while before they were overhauled by eventual champions Kettering Town.
The Glassboys have enjoyed good home form this season, suffering just one league defeat (2-1 against Kettering) all season.
The corresponding fixture between the teams back in September resulted in a single-goal defeat for The Linnets.
Ian Culverhouse has no major injury doubts and is expected to be able to chose from a full squad.
Lynn reserves complete their season on Saturday with a home Thurlow Nunn Division One North encounter with Ipswich Wanderers (the Walks, 3pm).
It’s also a big weekend for the King's Lynn Town Ladies team who play Wymondham Ladies in the final of the Norfolk Women’s Cup.
The match is being played at Carrow Road, Norwich, and has a 3.30pm kick-off.
