King’s Lynn Town FC have teamed up with Virtual Learning UK, The partnership, which launches in September, will offer students the opportunity to work towards A levels and Level 3 Btec qualifications, while playing and training at the home of the Linnets.

 The squad will train with first team boss Ian Culverhouse and other academy coaches.

 

We will be hosting an open evening and a trial date over the next month or so for those interested in joining the club for the 2019-2020 season. The club are looking forward to hosting the events in an exciting time for the football club.

The first date for the diary is an open evening on Wednesday 27th February, when those attending will receive an opening talk from our education partner Virtual Learning UK, followed by presentations from King’s Lynn Town F.C staff.

CLUB is offering a unique opportunity for talented 16-18 year olds

SPORT player to pursue a 2 year SPORT & Education Scholarship.

 

 

 

All learning takes place at the CLUB, under the direction of experienced education

professionals. All learners have access to a computer and a bespoke Virtual Learning

Environment, which facilitates the teacher in delivering personalised learning for individuals.

Learners will have the opportunity to train in SPORT for up to 6 hours a week with CLUB

coaches, under the direction of COACH/PLAYER. Training will be supplemented with regular

fixtures against other teams in the LEAGUE, as well as SPORT fixtures under the CLUB

banner.

Football trials will be held at the Walks soon and will be run by our first team manager Ian Culverhouse and Staff, those attending the open evening will be invited to the trial.
