King’s Lynn Town continue their pre-season preparations with a trip to Bostik North Division outfit Mildenhall tomorrow night.
Clark, who will field two different sides (45 minutes each) against The Hall, said: “I think we are one, possibly two, players away from completing our squad.
“It will be the last time we play two different sides for a half and we will be doing some extra physical work beforehand.
“Some of the players could be very tired because they will have had a very physical session the night before."
The Linnets will be without recent signing Nathan Stewart and goalkeeper Alex Street (holiday) for the trip to Recreation Way, so Luke Pearson and Charlie Congreve will feature between the posts.
Tomorrow’s opponents, who are manager by former Linnets goalkeeper Dean Greygoose, have brought in Andrew Camilo-Tayaca and Jake Colclough from Leyton Orient and AFC Sudbury respectively, as part of their summer transfer business.
But perhaps their biggest signing of the close-season so far is that of former King’s Lynn Town striker John Sands from Needham Market.
Midfielder Gareth Simpson this week decided to leave the club.
