Applications are now being invited for the position of first team manager at King’s Lynn Town Football Club.
King’s Lynn Town FC play in the Southern Premier League but next season will either play in the newly created Central League or in the National League North, if the club is successful in the play offs.
King’s Lynn has a good fan base and real potential to become a much bigger club if promotion can be gained through the leagues. We do not operate with large boards or committees so decision-making takes minutes not days and you will be empowered with all the support that you need to make the team successful.
Ideally you will expand our scouting system and ensure that we are attracting the best talent to the club as well as overseeing our youth and reserve teams to keep an eye over their development.
The successful applicant should ideally have a minimum of a UEFA ‘A’ coaching badge and posses a proven coaching capability to deliver a philosophy of an attacking, attractive brand of football that achieves results, ensures consistency and be able to fulfil the media roles that are needed.
A good knowledge of the pyramid system as well possessing contacts at lower level clubs as well as those competing at 1 or 2 levels higher would be useful.
It is essential that you have worked as a first team coach or as an assistant manager at step 4 or above or have had previous management experience. The successful candidate will be looking to build on what has been created at the club and dedicated to taking us higher up the leagues.
Please forward your football CV to club chairman Mr Stephen Cleeve at [email protected]
Closing date for applications is Saturday 12th May 2018.
