Royston (A) preview

After a run of home games table topping King’s Lynn Town hit the road on Tuesday with a visit to Garden Walk, home of Royston Town for their latest Southern Premier Division fixture. 


The Linnets have made a great start to the season collecting five wins and a draw from their opening six league games, giving them sixteen points from a possible eighteen and form that propelled them to sit top of the league on Saturday evening following a defeat for morning leaders Banbury United.

Tuesday’s hosts have amassed seven points so far from their six games played including two wins away from home. On Saturday they suffered a 4-1 home defeat to Hereford, A result that left them still searching for their first home league victory of the campaign.

Manager Ian Culverhouse has no new injury concerns ahead of the game which has a 7:45 kick off.

On Wednesday evening the Reserves host near rivals Downham Town ( The Walks 7:45 KO) in an Eastern Counties league, Division one fixture.
